7 Billing-Implementation-projects including implementation of Convergys Infinys RBM and retiring the legacy system for all business areas like mobile operators, cable-tv, internet providers and fixed net services. I have attended these projects completely from the very beginning like feasibility and scoping phase and vendor selection up to the end with a successful go-live.

  • Migration of all customers and their prodcuts from 41 regional billing systems and several other customer care and payment handling systems (in summary around 50 source systems for migration) to the cetralised CCBS system Geneva. Volume: 57 Millionen reorcds within a 72 migration time frame
  • The biggest migration Convergys Europe has undertaken until then
